If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be and why?

If i could change one thing in this world, that one thing would be racism. Racism is everywhere and it shouldn't be. We are all human, the one thing different about us is our color. We do have different personality's and such things, but other than that we all have a beating heart, two eyes, legs, arms, hands, feet, and everything else. Some people were just raised to think that they are "better" than others, but really no one is better than any other person in this world. Racism is hurtful to many people. Together we can help to prevent racism in our world.

What is your legacy? What are you leaving behind for others? (or what do you hope you are leaving behind for others)  Another way to think of this question: how do you want to be remembered by future students? Or do they want to remembered at all? If not, why not?

I would want to be remembered for my personality, because i have been told my many people that i have a great personality. My personality makes me the person i am now, i am outgoing, easy to talk to, and i just love to be around people, being around people makes me happy i love to make others smile and laugh. Knowing that i am doing that for other people makes me feel like a better person. So therefore i would like to be remembered for my personality.

What are your five favorite songs at this point in time?  Why
1. Want you Ft. Lil Wayne
This song is my favorite song so far, because i love both guys that sing it, and the beat its just perfect. The music video is even better, i just love the different scenes in it. 
2.  My Little Girl by Tim McGraw
This song is 2nd on my list because i danced this song with my dad on my sweet 16, which was a very special day for me because that day i had all my family and close friends there to help me celebrate it. 
3. Walk a Little Straighter Daddy by Billy Currington
This song being 3rd on my list because its so true for kids. Listening to this song made me think of my older brother, because he looks up to my dad so much, and now being married and having a baby on the way he is so much like my dad, loving and caring, and a very hard worker. 
4. Big Green Tractor by Jason Aldean
This song being 4th on my list because i have always liked this song, and every time i listen to it it reminds me of my two cousins in Texas Marcos and Mariah they would always sing it with me, with or without me. Which now makes me miss them more every time i hear the song playing. 
5. Hips Don't Lie by Shakira
This song being 5th on my list because i have liked this song since i was little, i know this song by memory, i love the beat to the music, and the dancers, in the back ground there is alot of talent in this video. Her voice is so amazing, and i wish i could sing like her

If you could create a movie of your life, who would you cast and what would the story be?

If I could create a movie about my life, I would want the people in my life to be the cast of my movie, because they are a huge part in my life till this day and they always will be. In my movie all family and friends would be the same i wouldn't change a thing. The movie would just be a-lot of home movies, things that happen while i'm home. So much happens while i'm at home, with my parents and my brothers. different things happen everyday which would make my movie even more interesting.

If you could meet anyone - past or present - who would it be and why?

If i could meet anyone, that person would be my great grandma Cleo Guerra, because i was named after her. I wasn't able to meet her because she passed away when i was born. I have heard a-lot about her from my grandpa, her son Carlos Guerra, he tells me that i'm just like her and that i would have loved her. My full name is Adriana Cleo Guerra, i was told by family that i should just go by Cleo like my great grandma. To this day i wish i could have meet her, but all i have now is a picture to look at, and family to help me remember the great of her, even though i missed seeing it.

This quote to me is a great one, I go by this quote in life. "Don't change so people will like you. Be yourself and the people will love the real you". Why try and act like someone your not, it's only a waste of your time, and others time.

Those who are themselves get liked by a-lot more people, because they aren't pretending to be someone they aren't. Why try and be someone your not when you know people will like you more when your your self. You may hear about drama going around with friends because someone lied to someone, and so on, but  most of drama happens because people are pretending to be someone their really not.

Don't change just because you want to be like someone who is popular and has it all at the top for them, because far as we know that person can just as well want to be just like you.

What are you most proud of? What i am most proud of is moving from Texas to Iowa. It was a huge challenge for me and my family, having to leave all our family and friends that we grew up, and coming to a new state not really knowing anyone but you five family members that live there. Moving to Iowa was really hard for me, because i was going to start my Junior year of high school at a different high school, in a different state.

While living in Iowa i have made many friends, and i have accomplished many things while living here. So i would say that    moving to Iowa is what i am most proud of, because i had to leave my friends and family that i was so very close too, to come and start a new life, make new friends, and graduate with students i didn't grow up with. Which now is fine with me because i feel like i should have been here the whole time.

What motivates you?

What motivates me the most is life,without it i wouldn't be here, have no friends, or my family. My family strongly motivates me to do many things as well. People need others in their life's to be motivated, because without family or friends how or who else can tell you goods things that you do. Family and friends to me are a big part of why i'm motivated to finish high school and go to college to fulfill my dream in cosmetology. I love having others motivate me into doing something good with my life, and not just throwing it down the drain.

What is your personal credo (belief)?

There are many things that i strongly feel for, for example respecting others, believing in one's self, and not being judgmental.

For one every person should have respect for all others. I feel that respect is my most important, because without it how do you expect to be heard, or ever taken seriously in our world. People need to respect others how ever they wish to be respected in return. Having respect for others is a pretty huge deal in life, again without it how do you expect to get a good job. 

Now believing in one's self is another that is most important to me, because it is important to believe in yourself. Not believing in yourself is a huge deal, when you don't believe in yourself how do you expect to get through life, you need to believe in yourself to get you through many subjects going on in life. Those who don't believe in themselves, most likely don't have a very good future. So as life goes on its a huge deal to believe in yourself. 

Being judgmental is rude, i don't see how any person can be judgmental about a person's color, or religion. All people are the same, we are all human we are all one.

What characteristics do you value most in a friend? Explain why they are important.

To me characteristics i would like to see in my friends is honesty, respect, and a good sence of humor. In a friend; to have honesty in a friendship is pretty important, because without it how would you feel tto have friends that lie to you all the time. An knowing that you have no one to talk to because all your friends are'nt honest. Friends are suppose to have that honsety, therefore they dont have to worry about telling them a seceret, because they know they can trust them with anything. Respect is important as well, because without it, you would have your friends disrespecting you and your ideas, or the way you live, or even your family. So its best to have that respect in a friend, because you want to treat others the way you would like to be treated and if they have no respect, then they are'nt worth having as a friend. Finally, a good sence of humor, having a good sence of humor can make a friendship last alot longer, only because it can make memories. Going back and laughing at all the good times. Its always great to have a sence of humor and as well as your friend because the both of you can be sarcastic with one another.

If a handful of people can change the world for the worse, then I am certain that a handful of people can change the world for the better.

What will you do do to make this world of ours, which feels so broken right now, a better place?

Some things i would do, and would try and get more people to do is community service, and alot of help. I would as well invest in more charities for this world. I would start small in a local government, and work my way up to a district government, then move my way to state government, then on to a federal government. Where i would use my skills to improve our foreign policies. i would also encourage others as well as myself expecially those involvded in the government to help build bonds with foreign countries.

Building bonds with foreighn countries will reduce the risk of a war around the world. I would get much help to help those in Africa, with getting food and clean water, also to help other continents, countries, and states in need of the help.

What does the following quote mean to you? "You don’t get to pick where you’re from, but you always have control of where you’re going."

 
This quote is 100% correct, i mean, no noone gets to pick their parents, or where they live, or how they  live. Most kids do wish they could pick who their parents are or where they live, and thats mostly because they dont like the way they are living now, but thats not their chose.

Ofcourse all parents want whats best for their children when they grow up, but it all depends on how you raise your child, and the things you teach, and show them is a big way of how your kids will grow to be. Parents want their kids in school, and you has a person have to decide on where you want to go in life. Yeah, most kids listen to their parents while growing up, and soon they gruaduate from high school then move on to college, but that was a chose that they made as a person for them self. Some kids chose not to finish high school and go to college, but of course that was their decision. Parents will tell you what they know about life, and you will learn things about life while growing up. So really its your decision on where you go in life, your the controller.
